Ultrasonics is ideally suited to cutting foodstuffs – particularly those which are very crumbly, creamy or soft. With the help of ultrasonics, there is no deformation of the product, meaning even extremely thin slices can be cut. The minimal surface friction guarantees a clean cut with little – if any – product build-up on the blade.

Quick and clean cuts result in increased productivity and minimal cleaning times. The advantage of the RINCO cutting system is that it is waterproof and can therefore be cleaned in situ, meaning there is no need for any components to be removed. RINCO ULTRASONICS machines also promise exact reproducibility, the highest levels of precision and a long service life.

With our machines and our expertise, you will achieve:

  • Clean cuts, without deforming the product, thanks to the minimal surface friction between the product and the blade
  • Clean cut edges
  • Clean and reproducible cuts, without product buildup on the blade
  • Absolute process and quality control by means of recording the parameters
  • A high degree of process reliability
  • Very short cleaning times: the components can be cleaned in situ without being removed
  • Very short maintenance times
  • A high processing speed
  • Short process cycles

Automated cutting:

  • Integration in automation lines is quick and straightforward
  • Controlled and operated by the ultrasonic generator

The advantages of ultrasonic cutting technology:

  • Economical, energy-saving, efficient
  • Environmentally friendly

Our tools:

  • Customer-specific; calculated and simulated by FEM
  • Durable and low wear and tear
  • Available from selected, certified materials
  • Quick to replace thanks to the quick-change system
  • No surface coating of the blade required
  • Self-cleaning of the blade during the cutting process

Ultrasonic technology is particularly suited to cutting foodstuffs with the following characteristics:

  • Soft
  • Creamy
  • Crumbly
  • Compound
  • Fresh
  • Frozen
  • (List not exhaustive)

All of these advantages guarantee greater productivity and an increase in the quality of your products. The unique effect of ultrasonic technology will open doors to new markets and products that would otherwise remain closed with traditional cutting technology.
