Solution: The four parts are welded in a special purpose machine using the special purpose actuator SPA20 and the special purpose converter SPC35. Two assembled 30 kHz horns each with 4 tips are capable of riveting 8 rivet heads in only one operation. This is followed by spot welding using the SPC35.
